A Screenly OOH project comes with everything β from the Development Application through to the ongoing management system. Nothing is assumed. Nothing is your problem to coordinate.
01
Site Assessment
Visual impact study, traffic counts, sightline analysis and council zone verification before a design is drawn.
01
Development Application
We manage the full DA process β council submissions, planning reports, impact assessments and neighbour notifications. We know what each council needs.
02
Building Approval
Once DA is granted, we handle the BA β structural certification, compliance documentation and council sign-off. All in-house.
03
Structural Engineering
In-house engineers design and certify every structure β wind load calculations, soil reports, footing specifications.
04
Steel Fabrication
Monopoles, V-Packs, spectacular frames, wall mounts and bespoke structures β built in our director's fabrication facility.
05
Excavation & Footings
Site excavation, engineered concrete pour and footing installation. If it goes in the ground, we're the ones putting it there.

Structures we build
Every format, built in-house.
Every structure is designed, engineered and fabricated by us. If it needs steel and holds pixels, we'll build it.
Single face
Monopole
Single display face on a freestanding pole. Engineered for Australian wind zones, each monopole is designed around the site's soil report, load requirements and council constraints.
Custom heightsWind-load engineered
Dual face
V-Pack
Two display faces angled back-to-back on a shared monopole. Captures traffic from two directions on a single footprint.

Large format
Spectacular
The large-format OOH statement. Industry standard 18m Γ 4m, but we build to the brief β custom dimensions and non-rectangular formats are within scope.

Non-standard sites. Non-standard solutions.
Unusual proportions, challenging sites, heritage surrounds β if you've been told it can't be built to spec, bring it to us. Our in-house engineering team works from first principles, not a catalogue.
The process
Six steps. One team.
Most OOH projects involve five or six different contractors. Ours involve one call. Here's what happens after you make it.
01
Site & Brief
We visit the site, assess visual impact, verify council zoning and sign off on commercial viability before any engineering starts.
01
Development Application
We manage the DA from submission to approval β council lodgements, planning reports, impact assessments, neighbour notifications. Start here.
02
Building Approval
Once DA is granted we handle the BA β structural certification, compliance documentation and council sign-off. Nothing falls through the cracks.
03
Engineer & Fabricate
In-house engineers certify the structure. In-house fabricators build it. The steel leaves our facility ready to go in.
04
Footings & Install
Excavation, concrete pour, structural install, panel mounting and electrical connection β cranes and traffic management coordinated by us.
05
Commission & CMS
CMS configured, brightness scheduling set, remote monitoring live. The screen goes live ready to generate revenue.
06
Ongoing Support
Preventative maintenance, fast-response repairs and warranty service via our national partner network. Same team. Same number.
The panels
INFiLED MVmk2 Series. Engineered for outdoor.
Every Screenly OOH project is built around the INFiLED MVmk2 Series β high-brightness outdoor panels engineered specifically for permanent DOOH and billboard applications. Distributed in Australia by VuePix Infiled, locally supported, built to outlast the lease.
β‘
Power
16% less power. Same brightness.
The MVmk2 delivers a 16% reduction in average power consumption over previous-generation panels β without sacrificing output. The Platinum range hits 10,000 nits at the same maximum power draw as the standard 7,000 nit model β 43% more brightness, zero additional draw. Gold wire LED bonding further improves efficiency and heat resistance over the panel's lifetime. For a large-format OOH site running 18 hours a day, all of this compounds into real savings.
Standard: 7,000 nits Β· Platinum: 10,000 nits Β· same max power
π‘
Heat
Superior heat dissipation.
Outdoor LED fails from heat β full stop. The MVmk2 features a redesigned heat dissipation system that runs the screen significantly cooler under sustained load. Lower operating temperatures mean longer LED lifespan, fewer failures and lower maintenance frequency over the screen's life.
-20Β°C to +60Β°C operating range
π§
Serviceability
Front and rear service access.
The MVmk2 supports both front and rear maintenance access as standard β no special configuration required. Whether the screen is wall-mounted with no rear access or freestanding with full rear clearance, a technician can service it from either side. Modules are universal and interchangeable, and power and data units are separate removable components that pull out for bench repair without disturbing the rest of the screen.

Why MVmk2 on every Screenly OOH build.
Readable in Australian sun
Up to 10,000 nits on the Platinum range means the screen reads in direct Queensland midday sun, on a white background, at any angle β and on a north-facing urban site at noon. Where cheaper panels wash out, this one doesn't. The standard range starts at 6,000 nits; the Platinum tier runs from 7,000 to 10,000 nits depending on pitch.
IP65 β both sides, for real
Not IP65 on the data sheet. IP65 in a coastal Brisbane summer, a Melbourne southerly and a Darwin wet season β simultaneously, for ten years.
Power savings from day one
A 16% reduction in average power draw is real money over an OOH screen's operating life. It also reduces the electrical infrastructure required at the site.
Designed to be serviced
Front and rear service access as standard β no special config required. Universal interchangeable modules, removable power units, removable data units. One person, on site, from whichever side is accessible. That matters at 3am.
Gold wire LED bonding
Gold wire bonding is premium-grade LED manufacturing. Compared to copper wire, gold wire handles heat and humidity significantly better β critical for outdoor panels in Australian coastal and tropical climates. It means fewer pixel failures over time and a longer service life on every installation.
Platinum range β 10,000 nits
The Platinum tier is available across all pitch options and achieves 10,000 nits at the same maximum power draw as the standard 7,000 nit model. For sites with heavy ambient light β elevated highways, north-facing urban billboards, tropical locations β the Platinum range is the specification.
Lightweight β easier to install
Aluminium frame construction eliminates unnecessary mass. Lighter panels mean easier handling at height, faster installation and less structural load on the monopole or mounting system.
Australian support
VuePix Infiled backs every panel locally. Warranty claims and technical support run on Australian business hours β not a 14-hour time zone difference.
Screen management
Your screen. Your choice on who runs it.
We can set it up so you monitor it yourself, or we can handle that for you as well. If you choose to have us handle monitoring, we coordinate service contractors on your behalf β and you still get the full repair warranty either way.
We configure the CMS, connect remote diagnostics and hand you full visibility β uptime, brightness, fault alerts, scheduling. Your team runs it from day one.
We monitor. We coordinate everything.
Prefer to hand it off entirely? We monitor your screen, respond to faults and coordinate service contractors on your behalf. Full repair warranty stands regardless.
Full repair warranty. Both options.
Whether you're watching the dashboard or we're handling it, your warranty doesn't change. Parts, labour and contractor coordination are covered β the same commitment regardless of who holds the login.
