What's included

Everything. That's the point.

A Screenly OOH project comes with everything β€” from the Development Application through to the ongoing management system. Nothing is assumed. Nothing is your problem to coordinate.

01

Site Assessment

Visual impact study, traffic counts, sightline analysis and council zone verification before a design is drawn.

01

Development Application

We manage the full DA process β€” council submissions, planning reports, impact assessments and neighbour notifications. We know what each council needs.

02

Building Approval

Once DA is granted, we handle the BA β€” structural certification, compliance documentation and council sign-off. All in-house.

03

Structural Engineering

In-house engineers design and certify every structure β€” wind load calculations, soil reports, footing specifications.

04

Steel Fabrication

Monopoles, V-Packs, spectacular frames, wall mounts and bespoke structures β€” built in our director's fabrication facility.

05

Excavation & Footings

Site excavation, engineered concrete pour and footing installation. If it goes in the ground, we're the ones putting it there.

06

Panel Supply

VuePix Infiled outdoor panels β€” high-brightness, IP65, quality-checked before dispatch. No grey-market product, ever.

07

Cranes & Traffic Management

We coordinate all crane hire, rigging, TMPs and council road occupancy permits. The site is safe and legal before anyone turns a bolt.

08

Electrical & Cabling

Power supply, switchboards, cabling and grid connection. All electrical work certified and compliant.

09

CMS & Commissioning

Content management system setup, remote monitoring, brightness scheduling and final sign-off. The screen goes live ready to earn.

10

Ongoing Management

We can set it up so you monitor it yourself, or we can handle that for you as well. Either way, you're covered.

11

Warranty & Service

Fast-response repairs and preventative maintenance through our national service network. Same team, same number.

Got a scope question? If it's part of the build, it's part of our quote.

Structures we build

Every format, built in-house.

Every structure is designed, engineered and fabricated by us. If it needs steel and holds pixels, we'll build it.

Single face

Monopole

Single display face on a freestanding pole. Engineered for Australian wind zones, each monopole is designed around the site's soil report, load requirements and council constraints.

Custom heightsWind-load engineered
Dual face

V-Pack

Two display faces angled back-to-back on a shared monopole. Captures traffic from two directions on a single footprint.

Spectacular

The large-format OOH statement. Industry standard 18m Γ— 4m, but we build to the brief β€” custom dimensions and non-rectangular formats are within scope.

Building mount

Façade & Wall

Structural wall-mount systems for building faces. Penetrating and non-penetrating solutions β€” both engineered and certified in-house.

Rooftop Structures

Ballasted and penetrating rooftop frames engineered to the building's own structural specifications.

Ground level

Ground-Mount

Low-profile and elevated ground-level frames for forecourts, transport hubs, plazas and pedestrian environments.

Non-standard sites. Non-standard solutions.

Unusual proportions, challenging sites, heritage surrounds β€” if you've been told it can't be built to spec, bring it to us. Our in-house engineering team works from first principles, not a catalogue.

The process

Six steps. One team.

Most OOH projects involve five or six different contractors. Ours involve one call. Here's what happens after you make it.

01
Site & Brief
We visit the site, assess visual impact, verify council zoning and sign off on commercial viability before any engineering starts.
01
Development Application
We manage the DA from submission to approval β€” council lodgements, planning reports, impact assessments, neighbour notifications. Start here.
02
Building Approval
Once DA is granted we handle the BA β€” structural certification, compliance documentation and council sign-off. Nothing falls through the cracks.
03
Engineer & Fabricate
In-house engineers certify the structure. In-house fabricators build it. The steel leaves our facility ready to go in.
04
Footings & Install
Excavation, concrete pour, structural install, panel mounting and electrical connection β€” cranes and traffic management coordinated by us.
05
Commission & CMS
CMS configured, brightness scheduling set, remote monitoring live. The screen goes live ready to generate revenue.
06
Ongoing Support
Preventative maintenance, fast-response repairs and warranty service via our national partner network. Same team. Same number.
The panels

Outdoor-rated.
Sun-readable.
Built to last.

We specify VuePix Infiled for every OOH project β€” an Australian-founded brand, locally supported nationwide, manufactured at a purpose-built facility in Shenzhen.

VuePix Infiled β€” Australian-founded brand. Locally supported across Australia. Manufactured at INFiLED's 35,000mΒ² production facility in Shenzhen, China.

Why these panels on every OOH project.

  • Readable in Australian sun
7,500+ nits means the screen reads clearly in direct Queensland midday sun β€” where cheaper panels wash out.
  • IP65 rated β€” genuinely
Not IP65 on paper. IP65 in a coastal Brisbane summer, a Melbourne southerly, a Darwin wet season.
  • ColdLEDβ„’ thermal management
Outdoor LED fails from heat. ColdLED addresses the root cause β€” screens run cooler and last significantly longer.
  • ArmorLEDβ„’ impact rated
3–5Γ— the impact resistance of standard modules. A service call is the exception, not the schedule.
  • Local support
Australian-based VuePix Infiled support means warranty claims and technical advice move at Australian business hours.
Screen management

Your screen. Your choice on who runs it.

We can set it up so you monitor it yourself, or we can handle that for you as well. If you choose to have us handle monitoring, we coordinate service contractors on your behalf β€” and you still get the full repair warranty either way.

National service coverage

You monitor. We set it up.

We configure the CMS, connect remote diagnostics and hand you full visibility β€” uptime, brightness, fault alerts, scheduling. Your team runs it from day one.

We monitor. We coordinate everything.

Prefer to hand it off entirely? We monitor your screen, respond to faults and coordinate service contractors on your behalf. Full repair warranty stands regardless.

Full repair warranty. Both options.

Whether you're watching the dashboard or we're handling it, your warranty doesn't change. Parts, labour and contractor coordination are covered β€” the same commitment regardless of who holds the login.
